Med syra från köttsaft och marinader i kombination med värme så är det tuff miljö även för rostfritt. Det bästa man kan göra är att ha torra/avtorkade detaljer som ska grillas och rengöra grill/flamtämjare så ofta man orkar så håller dem bra. På nya och vassare modeller så gör vi flamtämjarna i lite kraftigare kvalitet för att dem ska hålla bättre för dem av oss (undertecknad) inte lyckas rengöra så ofta som önskvärt.
